Mobile Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to all persons using wireline and wireless communications to access Service from, communicate with and receive messages from Lending Cloud 365. Lending Cloud 365 provides its Services for your personal non-commercial use only and subject to your compliance with the Terms of Use, as described in this Agreement, together with Lending Cloud 365’s Terms of Use, which can be found at https://www.lendingcloud365.com/policies/ these Mobile Terms of Use, together with Lending Cloud 365’s Terms of Use, are referred to collectively as this “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully. Your use of the Services constitutes your willingness to be bound by this Agreement without limitation, qualification or change. You are only authorized to access and utilize the Services if you will abide by all applicable laws and this Agreement. If at any time you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services. By using the Service, you agree to the following:
- Authorization to Receive Messages: By entering into this Agreement, you authorize and expressly granting your consent to receive communications regarding offers and/or products that Lending Cloud 365, its affiliates, lead purchasers, and third party service providers reasonably believe may be of interest to you and authorize Lending Cloud 365, its affiliates, lead purchasers, and third party service providers to contact you by phone, text and email (even if your telephone number is listed on any internal, state or federal Do-Not-Call registry list) and acknowledge that this communication may be delivered by the use of an automated telephone dialer or other automated telephone dialing system and may contain an artificial or prerecorded message.
- Consent Not Required: You are not required to enter into this Agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services from us.
- To Participate: Users may opt-in to receive mobile alerts by texting JOIN to 365365 to opt-in
- Message & Data Rates May Apply to all messages sent and received: Please be aware that your service provider may charge you for the non-voice messages you receive and send, including text messages.
- Privacy Policy: Information collected under the Services is governed by the Lending Cloud 365 Privacy Policy that are part of Lending Cloud 365’s Terms of Use, which are found at https://www.lendingcloud365.com/policies/
- Mobile Account Holder: You represent that you are the mobile account holder, or if you are not the mobile account holder, you represent that you have the consent of the mobile account holder to use the Services and to enter into this Agreement.
- Age and Permission: We do not seek or intend to provide the Services to individuals under the age of 18. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.
- Number of Messages: You are expressly consenting to receive up to five (5) messages per week (frequency of messages subject to change) that may contain related promotions, events, news, or similar material. If you reply to any of these messages, you may receive additional response messages.
- Opt-Out: To Opt-Out (discontinue receiving messages) by texting the word “STOP” to “365365”
